If we do not hear from you within 72 hours of emailing you the proof, it is deemed ‘approved’ and we will go ahead and create your order. Once you have approved your proof, no changes can be made.
All our products are handmade in house by our team. Slight imperfections may be present. This is not to be confused as faulty.
